Earlier this month, Aurrum marked one year of providing residential aged care on the New South Wales Central Coast, by celebrating with their incredible team of staff who made it all possible.

Residents and teams from both Erina and Kincumber attended the special afternoon tea.

NSW General Manager Corrie Ploeg said it was a great opportunity to thank staff for their wonderful efforts throughout the year.

“At Aurrum, we are fortunate to have a magnificent team of staff who are totally engaged and dedicated to the wellbeing of our residents.

“Everyday they work tirelessly to make a difference to the lives of our residents, and we are extremely proud of their achievements over the past year.”

To mark the occasion, all staff received a specially crafted Aurrum badge, designed to officially welcome them into the Aurrum family.

Sixteen team members who have completed more than 10 years of service at Erina and Kincumber were also recognized at the event.

Aurrum Chairman David Di Pilla praised staff for their hard work and thanked them for their valuable contribution to Aurrum.

“On behalf of our residents and their families, I’d like to thank all our staff for putting the best standards of care into practice everyday, and for continually striving to improve the lives of our residents.

“I’d also like to thank everyone who made this event a success, and congratulate all staff who celebrated a milestone this year. We are very grateful for your dedication and commitment to Aurrum and to our residents.”
