Leading Australian Chef Karen Martini, Aurrum Food Ambassador, held culinary masterclass training at Aurrum Erina NSW and Aurrum Plenty VIC this month.
Aurrum Head Chefs and catering teams were introduced to eleven delicious new seasonal recipes’ for inclusion in the autumn menu. Dishes included braised duck ragu, pumpkin risotto with rosemary and crispy bacon as well as salmon braised with spiced tomato and lentils.
Some Aurrum residents were invited to taste the menu items and provide their feedback.
