Some Aurrum residents were invited to taste the menu items and provide their feedback.

Maintaining a healthy diet with nutritious and freshly prepared home-style meals using quality ingredients is key to Aurrum’s food philosophy.

Taking into consideration the cultural backgrounds of our residents, fresh food choices, as well as nutrition and menu preference are all important factors when menu planning each season.

Exercising food choice is an essential aspect of food service provision in aged care and is linked with increased resident satisfaction.

The addition of our Karen Martini dishes not only support this endeavor, but also provide a culinary highlight in our residents’ day.Plenty staffKaren
