The appointment of Karen Martini builds on AURRUM’s objective to establish a new standard in the provision of aged care in Australia.
“Karen is amongst Australia’s leading chefs and we believe that she will assist in helping us select nutritious and tasty meal highlights from her own recipe range for our residents, which will be available in addition to our high quality base menu” said David Di Pilla, Chairman of AURRUM.

“A selection of Karen Martini designed menu options combined with our broader menu, leading in house dietitian conducting comprehensive nutritional reviews, on site chef and catering staff working from our on-site kitchens will create a truly nutritious and gourmet food experience for our residents”.
“We also hope to provide our residents with the opportunity to celebrate important events with their families at our facilities with a special private dining menu designed by Karen Martini” said David Di Pilla.

Karen will be discussing her food philosophy at the Grand Opening of AURRUM Brunswick – a five star boutique aged care facility on Thursday 27th November.
