Aurrum Reservoir’s refurbishment is now complete.
The newly renovated residence sets the benchmark for aged care in Victoria with its rejuvenated indoor and outdoor living areas, beautifully designed resident rooms, and luxurious living and dining areas.
Aurrum Reservoir also has a new café and a landscaped Japanese garden for residents and their families to enjoy.
The Memory Support Unit, which is dedicated to caring for those with dementia, has also been refurbished.
General Manager Glenda Walker said the major renovation has enhanced residents’ quality of life.
“Beautiful artwork, quality décor and soft furnishings all help to create a luxurious and homely environment for our residents, their families and our staff. Special consideration was given to floor coverings, colour and finishings within the residence and the result is fabulous.”
The large, spacious living rooms and outdoor areas have been well received by residents.
Glenda said, “The residence is warm, friendly and functional. Residents are loving spending time in the beautiful sitting rooms, and the gorgeous landscaped courtyard areas and gardens provide the perfect setting to relax or catch up with friends and family.”
